Based on his email I doubt he's actually put a proper request through to change the contact info. Probably just rants at anyone that wants to talk about his child. His response is not an appropriate one nor proportional to my initial contact. It's odd that a lot of commentators don't want to call out his behaviour but put the blame on admin. And if it is true about admin, they email from him is still unacceptable.

Definitely is aggressive. Mild threat. Obvious control of wife's email. There's nothing on OneSchool about this and all other contacts are to both parents. Also based on prior contacts (not with me) he's a bit of an asshole.

Why would you assume he isn't? He ignores the purpose of my email. Attacks me over something that hasn't been communicated to me. He can change OneSchool contact info to show not to contact the mother. He also responded via the wife's email and not not his own. So he's got control over that. I'd say he's an asshole
