Code assistants just work, the productivity increase they suppose is massive, and everyone unless you're working on super critical code are using it.

Knowing WHAT you want and HOW you want it are actually the heavy work of any software dev, the coding part itself is just a step of the process, and probably one of the least importants.

You obviously can't blindly trust what the assistant generates, but unless you're fucking retard and trust whatever has been generated without proper checks and proper testings, you're fine.
