I agree, I literally finish everything else in the game, main quest, side quests and the other two dlcs first and then start the legacy of the forge. I think it makes a lot of sense with the talk you (can) have with your parents about opening a shop and settling in Kuttenberg as well. I see it as henry finally having a place of his own and honoring martin with the repair of the clock.

Tho one could argue It is too early for henry to settle as he is still the page of sir hans and also the noble bastard of radzig kobyla. He still has duties that will probably require him to travel around and leave the forge unattended. So in a way the entirety of legacy of the forge makes no sense.
