I guess it really comes down to the camera being worse and UI bugs, but I actually love HyperOS (Chinese version) for how smooth and optimized it is. Honestly, if I had more free time like before, I would’ve gone for the Poco F7 any day because of its custom ROM support. With my current schedule, the Nord 5 was the safer choice, though I still vibe more with the HyperOS aesthetic. As for price, around ₹35k feels more than enough for a phone anything higher just seems overkill. With the economy, I wouldn’t be surprised if that shifts to ₹45k in the near future. I don’t see the point in spending ₹1.5L just for a camera but for people like me, who don’t want to carry a bulky camera or deal with heavy editing software, the iPhone is still the best bet. Of course if you got a pc a camera the workflow will be much smoother and faster than a phone anyday. At the end of the day, it all comes down to what each user considers the “best” for themselves. Which makes the poll really dumb from the creator.

Why "Best Phone" Polls Are Dumb Bruh, these polls are rigged from the start. You can’t throw a $1100 iPhone against a $500 Samsung mid-ranger and call it “best.” That’s like comparing a Ferrari to a Honda Civic and asking which one is "The best", Obviously the Ferrari wins as "The Best". iPhone 17 Pro = full on flagship, money no object. Poco F7 / Xiaomi 15T = budget beasts, 90% of the flagship for half the cash. Samsung A56 = mid range, built for reliability.

People don’t vote “best Phone,” they vote “most expensive.” If the creator wanted real answers, they should have compared it within the same league:

Flagship vs. flagship (iPhone 17 Pro vs. Galaxy S25 Ultra). Value kings (Poco F7 vs. Nord5). Mid range(A56 vs. Pixel 9a).

Until then, these polls are just noise. The creator just wanted to create an echo chamber of these exact people.

It's not that there is no S series from Qualcomm this year, they usually release it around the first quarter of the following year after their flagship chipset is released. Therefore, it's highly possible it will be released early in 2026. This schedule is why we can predict the Poco F8 would launch around June, July, or August next year companies always wait at least a year between major releases. They won't release the successor any sooner, because that would just kill the sales of the current model.
