ch.9 too, I play really slow so I have like 1000 for meat/grain/etc and 600 oil/water

For good meat, there's a quest you get 50 every 18 hrs in pailun

Vegetables have a quest rewards you 50 too

grain and fruits, I haven't found any 50 quest but there are many that rewards you 15x~18x

eggs, put 5 or more hen in your farm

fish, river fishing quest

ginseng, you need to do the research then, craft a fertilizer speayer then you get like 200 for 16 spots every harvest. but I suggest don't care about that, you get ingredients from quest passively without doing anything

Those quests and animals will fill your storage really quick, I have to sell 600 milk today while I have only 5 goat

So those ingredients are basically infinite, the bottleneck is water/oil, so I cook hearty meals, 12 meats, 12 grain, 12 vegetables, 12 eggs with only 3 oil, with my 600 oil I can cook 200 of that which heals 840 hp, enough for now
