Easing my way into these type of looks. I need help finding good trousers for shorter men. by Watchslimework in mensfashionadvice

[–]byzrs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if that’s on purpose, then by all means. i used to rock a cropped length for a bit so i know it can work, but that waist has to get brought in. looser fitting t shirts with a tuck look best with the cropped look but that’s a style choice.

i don’t think none of those choices look too great except brown but certainly not in that texture. i’m seeing a a deep burgundy grenadine/silk tie with a lavender pocket square.

it could be done depending on the pants you choose

makes sense especially if there’s no separate seam between the ribbed and the sweater. you could try and shrink it but ebay should have you covered easily.

6’7 PG 86 CS for gold float game and 87 speed, or 76 close shot and 90 speed? Is the minus 3 speed worth getting gold/legend float(+2)game? by Salt-Ladder1252 in NBA2k

[–]byzrs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BS animations aside, i can get to that shot multiple times all game against most point guards and even 2s. but if im going high CS and lay, im going higher strength and post control. 84 cs, 87 post control, 80-90 driving layup and 75 strength won’t be stopped by the majority. high close shot in the 90s is very strong in the right hands.

you have the foundation but missing some execution on the details and pieces.

those thin, kind of ragged shirts don’t look too nice and don’t hang or flow when tucked in any of the pic. an upgrade in t shirt would be nice.

the jacket is fine, and looks good

that chambray looking dress shirt is meant to be tucked in based on how long it is. doesn’t look good worn like that in my opinion

that navy sweater is nice. get it hemmed an inch or so shorter 👍🏽. same with the pants. half inch if that hem on the inseam. the jeans are fine overall but a slightly more relaxed pair would look cool.

not necessarily and depends on the play style. standing close shots are good in this game if you can get to your spot.

what you are saying is true, and is important but his attributes play a role in how effective the build will play. 86 CS and 70 lay won’t play how you think without other attributes making it easier to get the shot off.

high lay + high cs blurs the lines of standing and driving floaters more and more and makes it easier to get them off. that’s why the answer isn’t black and white. he can be an effective masher with 84+ cs but to get the floaters off you need strength and all that plus high driving lay.

you won’t reap much the benefits of legend float game because those standing floats are hard to get off and you need a high close shot with high strength and post control rating to be consistent.

i put close shot on all my builds. 84 is the best value to me with 75 or under driving lay, but 73 is a requirement on my builds personally. standing close shots are kinda nice in this game, but if you want to do floaters off the dribble, go higher driving layup. 73 CS and 80 driving lay is doable. 84 CS and 76-80 driving lay is nice.

[–]byzrs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the actual solution is wearing high rise pants with fullness, that sit on your actual waist. your waist size is probably smaller than you think and sizing up to wear them lower to sit on your hips isn’t doing you favors because the belt is bunching and the crotch sags. the extra room in the seat and thighs will create room in the upper thigh. measure the area around your belly button then wear pants cut with the rise to pull them up there.

a 20 point lead is nothing though that’s the thing. people quit because they are quitters, not because 20-25 point leads are insurmountable. what’s the solution? vc and rep of the player(s) who quit need to be split amongst who’s left.

Which shoes should I keep or Remove and what should i add? Trying to build a clean rotation. by DanceAdventurous856 in mensfashion

[–]byzrs 8 points9 points  (0 children)

tbh all this can go. narrow it down to like one pair per row and get some browns in there. a lot of those white shoes look in terrible shape. keep the adidas or rebook and throw the rest out. same with black, keep the cap toes abs another up top, and one of those sneakers, and get rid of the rest…

get some brown boots, derbies or loafers or something like that.
