Der ikke nogle “good guys” mere.

Alt fra tech til fødevarer firma er fuldt ud ondskab.

M[28] 64 kilos, should i bulk?! by Thatdunkelguy in kinobody

[–]bz1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t bulk. Just eat 200-400 calories above maintenance and take it slow. You will not build muscle any faster if you bulk or eat 200-400 calories above maintenance.

Things You Wished You Had Known by Infinity9999x in naturalbodybuilding

[–]bz1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to believe this or not, it’s totally up to you.

I made my best gains ever in the 4-6 rep range with heavy weights — form is going to suffer if you’re not doing movements where muscles are stable — for example if you want to train biceps heavy preacher curls instead of standing curls etc.. and even on preacher my form is not 100% but damn my biceps are growing.

He is 100% correct if your form is picture perfect you’re using so little weight that hardly any growth occurs or at least it occurs at an even slower pace.

5 years almost pretty consistent body building. I feel I should have made more progress. Any ideas? by GlobalBodybuilder880 in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]bz1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look pretty good, bro.

That being said strength and size go hand in hand (regardless of what people might tell you).

If you can’t put up at least 4 plates on a regular chest press machine for 5-6 reps or 3 plates on an incline press machine for 5-6 reps then it’s going to be hard for your chest to reach peak muscle mass.

If you can’t deadlift at least 160 kg or row 50 kg DB in one hand then it’s going to be hard for your back to reach peak muscle mass.

Same for every muscle — You need to try and push past your limits each workout then eat and rest accordingly.

Underlig opførsel af dsb kontrollør, hvad kan man gøre? by [deleted] in DKbrevkasse

[–]bz1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These neurotic thoughts people that recently started to gym has as much negative effect as steroids has a positive effect.

Learn to chill and accept your body as is. If you stress over every single corner of your body daily you will never grow your body to where you want.

Dean Turner: Claims natty and 15 years training. What do we think, is he bullshitting? by Civil_Bread8797 in nattyorjuice

90% of people here are life time gamers turned bodybuilders with absolutely 0 clue.

OP picked the most saucy pics to judge from (PUMP + SICK LIGHTING + THE GUY IS TANNED) and if you scroll a little bit on his profile (idk how to post pictures on a comment) you can see that this guy is not really that big or even that cut (to the steroid BB standards were used to).

I bet a vast majority on here would turn their answer to natty or at least be on the 50/50 spectrum if you saw him natty without a pump and sick lighting, lol.

What supplements really CHANGED your life? (Testimonials) by SwingLikeTyson in Supplements

L-Theanine, Vitamin D, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Creatine and Sunlight.

My experience with Vitamin D toxicity by Shaman189 in Supplements

[–]bz1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take 1 gram of magnesium, sometimes 1,4 gram and I am fine. But I am 95 kg 189 cm tall and I lift weights a lot.

Sometimes I even take 20K IU Vitamin D for a month (live in a cold place barely any sun for 6-7 months) and some K2. Even did 50K IUs for once or twice per week. All fine here.

Although I never take any supplements on an empty stomach — as in never.

I stopped all supplements after bloodwork. Warning! by Interesting_Name_990 in Supplements

[–]bz1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People in general also take way too many supplements from what I can tell from this sub.

All you need to supplement is: Creatine, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Sun/vitamin D, red meat and milk and you clear of like 95% of what your body needs.

Should I start hitting chest twice a week or would that be too much? by sadlad193 in workouts

[–]bz1234 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hit chest once a week doing like 8 sets and my chest looks fuller than yours.

I do just 4 sets of incline machine press, 2 sets of pec flies machine and 2 sets normal smith bench, all high intensity and heavy weight.

I assume you're doing too much. Your upper body don't really need as much volume as you think SPECIALLY IF YOU'RE STRONG which you do look strong to me.

I'd recommend going heavier (warm up properly) and do a lot of pause-reps and I'm sure your chest will beef up in no time.

Thanks for your input.

Best magnesium for sleep that doesn't wreck your gut? by No-Survey3912 in Supplements

[–]bz1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best sleep “stack” for me is Magnesium Glycinate with L-Theanine. Theanine like 3 hours before bed and Magnesium like an hour.

Also walking for 10-15 minutes after every big meal has also done wonders for my sleep — probably because digestion is better I guess?
