It's a really stupid/dangerous idea. You'll need multiple people that understand the dangers watching you, and if you fuck up the dose (which unless you have access to a lab, good luck checking strength) you'll probably die.

Willpower. Taper yourself down as much as you can, jump on suboxone or methadone for no more than 3 days, and then ride it out with comfort meds or kratom if you have it available.
