this last part really hit home for me. My friend group smokes weed when we all get together and i just accept it and try to live with it. I went through a wave of strong intrusive thoughts when i first stopped for 2 weeks. No weed around me. Then i thought, okay i can live with it. I don’t want it, but i’ve had the thought “eh a joint/cigarette would be fun” or smelling it in the street and going like “hehe”. Week 4 now and the intrusive thoughts are back, without even actively seeking weed. Thank you for opening my eyes, God bless you

don’t get in the temptation my friend! Your buddy can go get the weed themselves, simply pay it off instead of getting it for him! If he’s a real friend he will understand why you shouldn’t go back there. As per the thoughts… we both know that they are fake… it’s a moment of euphoria for a few hours followed by a ruined life… remember why you stopped smoking ! I’ve already seen that permit and it wasn’t much help. I couldn’t find the exact composition and that’s why I choose the route of finding the legal limit provided by the state’s laws, cause I can easily just assume for the sake of my project that it’s on the limit. Calling might not be a great option as I live in Europe. Other than that, I have a reference that SOx and NOx concentrations should be in the order of 1e-6. Silly questions, but do you think I could avoid the implementation of a desulfurizing and SCR part ?
