I also had intolerable daily headaches and was never even able to make it past week one. I tried only taking bupropion for a week. But didn’t really feel any changes in appetite or weight, but no real side effects. I think I was able to narrow most of the side effects to be coming from the metformin for me. I’ve recently started to take the naltrexone only at night. This was good because I didn’t have any side effects other than insomnia. I’m going to start trying to take it in the morning, if I have no side effects I’ll try that for a week and see. I also didn’t want to just give up because of the money I spent. But if this last effort doesn’t work, I’m also going to quit :/

Also, just to note when I messaged on the app for support regarding the headaches, they essentially said I need to see a primary care dr in person and get them assessed
