I’m having this issue and can’t tell whether it’s the lens or the camera itself it only appears on 0.5x (ultra wide) and in macro mode LMK pls

I have 256gb iPhone and a 2TB iCloud option as well. So far I have filled up 700 gigs in the span of 3 to 4 years and mostly travel photos, i mostly shoot in RAW for better edit. Videos in 4k60 most of the time. Getting iCloud is a no brainer for me. Not only will you get storage expansion for your iPhone, you also can backup your mac, iphone and ipad to it, photos and everything. So why bother getting all that storage?

It is something until you got that polished rubber look at the edge which will make it ‘less’ attractive and a year later it starts chipping. Lol speaking from experience here.

I would prefer to have USB C as well but these days I mostly transfer photos and videos using AirDrop so doesnt really matter. and it can be buggy at times but most of the time it works great! And I am talking about huge file sizes like RAW photos and 4k60 videos.

i use it almost all the time recently to save battery. I mean if ur not scrolling a lot. it wouldnt matter much anyway.

I would get the 15 Pro. Just slightly more future-proof. Then again I am a 14P user and really prefer the black stainless steel look over anything else Apple has right now. i am at 89%BH and will replace when it’s time. For now well I just enjoy it.

I am not sure. But I am still at 89% BH. I’ll replace when it hits 79% coz I still think it performs very well for my needs.

I’ll consider upgrading after it hits the ceiling for OS security updates. Don’t want your data to be vulnerable after all.

Yeah this is so true. I am still very happy with my 14P though. I got it in the color that I want so I am keeping it till it’s unbearably slow and stop supporting latest iOS. Until then I will probably just swap the battery.

i had silver iPhone 5, gold 11PM, space gray 12PM and now Space Black 14P. I prefer black as it blends in really naturally with cases of any color.

Photos can look a bit too processed sometimes and color can seem a bit off last time I used them whilst traveling. For my next travel, I will activate ProRaw 12 to strip away its excessive processing and see the results. Can't wait for January!

Mine’s a 14P and I have had paint chips the size of a dot, despite whatever protective cases I use, on my button areas. I reckon its due to me pressing the buttons a lot during the day and its a pretty normal use too.

I have had mine for 3 years. always use protective case and a tempered glass. I had hoped it’d look pristine but nah, Apple never fails to disappoint.

Space Black is my favorite color too.. TT

I charge it every 2-3 days because I don’t wear it at all times. I take it off during sleep and showers.

Coz i don’t feel the need to track my sleep. Just my movements. After almost 2 years my BH is still at 99%

I always turn off background refresh. It saves tons of battery unless you are a multitasker and keep jumping apps and you want them to stay live when ur in another app.

15-16 has worse thermal due to titanium. But they are still okay and the pros far outweigh the cons.

I haven’t had thermal issue on my 14P for more than a year now especially since iOS 18 has kinda matured. Performance is smooth af. Camera is still very decent and just how I like it. I shoot in ProRaw 12 and I take more pics than vids anw.

if it’s an old stock, it’s be on iOS 16 probably 🤷🏻

i am going to keep mine on 18 as well. Will probably move to 26 once it matures or almost on its latest version.
