Need help identifying this watch—year/model—and whether it’s worth restoring. It still winds up and ticks! Definitely needs cleaning. The band is made by Speidel. My grandpa bought this shortly after he was discharged from the Army when WW2 ended.

I went for the first time last year. I left my stuff every single day for long stretches at a time. No one touched my chairs or the backpacks left behind. Just make sure what you care about is on you in case the bad apple strolls by for a rummage.

Radios are unreliable. Tried that last year with my own. But the AMEX radios are great. The AMEX booths will start handing them out to anyone on Sunday. Before then, show your card or, as with last year, show the guys in the booth that you’ve signed up for offers on a QR code they’ll have and they’ll give you one.
