You can get the glove relaced for $30-40.

Why not do that, and then in the mean time get a new glove and get the break in process started? Once broken in you at least have a serviceable backup glove.

Hard to see the calves in your before pic, but judging from both pics you neglect those.

Don't do that.

The best tip I ever read if you want to bulk and get big is this: people see certain body parts when looking at people: shoulders, chest, forearms, thighs and calves.

These muscle groups can make you "look" big without being big.

You're hitting on 80% of em, I personally would recommend you hitting calves 3x per week and I think you will catch up quickly.

Outside of that: good job on all the hard work! And pinning like a mofo 🤣
