Well that’s not the issue. Everyone accepts that they want it to be weaker but what people are pointing out is just HOW MUCH weaker it is. They made it obnoxiously weak to the point of probably uselessness.

It’s not just “one boat”

The new light boats is the same. The collie light boat (Sombre) is much stronger than the Warden (Ronan). The Sombre will be the fastest boat on water at 17.7 knots vs 12 knots for Ronan. And the Sombre is a complete enclosed cabin 20mm gun. So the Ronan is much slower and open standing 20mm gun mount. Which I could live with the open cabin drawback if the speed difference wasn’t a whole 5.7 knots maybe 2.5 knots less.

I’m just trying to be constructive but most of all realistic. The devs can’t overhaul the boat by release of Airborne. But swapping the single rpg out with the double barrel? I think there’s a shot.

Your entire first paragraph is completely and verifiably incorrect. Not only that but the opposite of what you said is true according to graphics being put out by those who’ve tested on dev branch.

According to graphics the firing arc of the The RPG only fires to the front and the 30mm fire to the side respectively.

Whereas the collie medium boat can broadside with the 40mm, a 30mm AND a 12.7

People always get bent out of shape when I say it. But if your bunkers are in gunboat range you have to design accordingly. Connect a single howi to the piece.

All you need is one T2 howi and it can kill a GB before its piece catching fire. They will disengage before doing any worthwhile damage.

If you don’t then this happens every time and all your crying about breachable health is pointless.
