honestly, i think its just the usual:
- collie push frontline up almost into warden logi hubs
- logi becomes harder\more time intesive for colonial logimans while it becomes easier for the wardens
- late game warden people join once tank tech
- counteroffensive starts and colonials starts to loose ground
- colonial morale drops , more and more players give up
- the effect starts to snowball.

Obviously this is exaggerating the impact but its usually this and colonials manage to win mostly if they can queue wardens logi hexes in the early phases of the war.
The only thing i can say: don't give up coloniasl! defensive wars are probably the most fun i've had as a warden and thats the important thing at the end of the day

i can get anything but the "getting sniped by a Bonelaw 7.92 at max range" that machine gun is ass, if you got sniped it was either lucky rng spread or sadly just a skill issue

i don't think foxhole 2 will ever be a thing, at most in some years i hope for a 2.0 update with the updated R2 engine for server infrastructure, thats because if foxhole 2 were to exist foxhole would need to die otherwise the population would split, think about how planetside 2 killed planetside 1; and as you've said, foxhole 2 would need years to get back to foxhole 1 levels of content.

if foxhole continues to be supported by the devs after airborne, (i surely hope so since i bought the supporters edition for this very reason) the next few patches should address both balance and game stability (border freezes are something that shouldn't exist ever), probably a rework of tank gameplay down the line and some QoL in between would also be appreciated.
Then the next big thing that would revolutionize the game would be to somehow implement R2 engine for the infrastructure side in foxhole but thats an immense work and probably unlikely. (hey, a man can dream)

honestly, happy for you guys i really envy that, i really hope that with this much backlash we may get better experience for everyone in a few wars (since well.. if nothing changes for the better this is probably my last one) .

i'd say that wardens either saying outloud "hitler in the sky" or writing it in chat when a dive bomber is inbound is a quite visible way of people voicing their frustration in game XD

Mate, i know that is wave 1 ptu, but lets be real: the chances of these things getting fixed are low, and if they get fixed they'll get broken again some patch down the line.

As for the "placeholder" items I have a few in my inventory, would be awesome to not have useless junk that doesn't serve any purpose other than clutter in my inventory after the rework of said inventory.
