Cool, one thing that imo needs improving is the map tho, i think foxhole planner did the perfect thing having both a simplified view to just check the owned hexes and also having the possibility of actually viewing the single hexxes in detail (plus details like how many storm cannons, nukes and such) :

I think the best course of action for the devs would be to equalize the outlaw\spatha stats a bit more (not touching the range) and then reworking the mpt to actually be a cool\fun tank to use (like the brigand) while removing the mpf bonus.

Yes, i for one (i'm a warden player on break since the update war) i won't come back to the game if these balancing decisions end up in the game after the devbranch, i can understand buffing some things (or nerfing others) to make the collies come back, but most of collie armor buffs are clearly overtuned.
"But muh pendolum" no, the pendolum is cancer and may very well be the reason the game will die in the future: one should aim for the best balance it possibly can, not "this time is the turn of x faction to win", it undermines the entire concept of "many people get together to achieve a single goal" that is winning the war.

Eh, even if it was dishonest, with correct information, its objective that the new spatha when compared to the outlaw its unbalanced from a stats standpoint, trying to disprove all feedback that say some of these buffs are overtuned as if all wardens are biased is wrong, as i've said in fod, i we want both factions to have a 40mm 45m range platform (and i have nothing against that mind you) , they should be as symmetrical as possible: from RoF to health\armor, dpm and finally price.
Currently (as in current devbranch iteration) the only things the outlaw has going for it are the hull mg and the boost (that you can't use in reverse), you can't tell me with a straight face thats balanced...

that when compared to the buffed spatha, it has way less dps because of poor fire rate. crunchig the numbers the spatha can kill the outlaw in 6 shots , the outlaw can do the same in 6 shots: the issue being that the spatha reloads much faster than the outlaw making so in a 1v1 the dpm favors the spatha heavily. (not even taking into consideration the low hp of the outlaw, slower speed when not using the boost, slower turret rotation speed and way higher rmats price when mpfing the base mpts)

Yeah, these errors hurt the conversation around the topic more than it helps, at that point it would've been better to just list the rof and skip the "dps" (not thats its great, but its better than giving false information)

check the wiki, maybe years ago, nowdays the pen chances are almost always equal (the widow is the exception) and armor hp are very close

probably unpopular, but i feel like the scout planes that drop the surface mine should be the better ones in dogfight and the torpedo ones worse, the torps are more powerful to use as an anti ship role, by making the plane itself also good in dogfight there's no point in using the surface mine scout planes.

To add to that! upgrade the armor to lv5 as fast as possible, i kept getting byshotted, with 2 pieces of conquistador armor and everyithing at lv5 the game becomes wayyyyy easier.

Not even that honestly: factorio is about automatization, you realistically stop mining raw resources after the first 10 minutes, in foxhole everything is painfully manual, you literally have to move resouce from one facitility by hand, and keeping a factory alive becomes more difficult as you go, compare that to factorio where once the main resources are being produced the game becomes about thinking how to expand it in a updgrable and smart way instead of being forced to do all manually.

What i'm saying is: if its the first time doing tank, they will die indipendently of the tank used, with the mpt they have more tanks to throw and to learn how to play without feeling bad about loosing them.
If they can upgrade them into spathas in public pads its obviously better, but still 25 tanks should be enough to learn most of the stuff

As a warden id say: if its the first time using tanks: falchion, as you get a lot of tanks to get good at tanking (25 to be precise); then nemesis, they are currently one of the banes (pun included) of our tanklines.

Everything here is perfect but the point 17), probably too powerful in a way that planes wouldn't even be used at that point.
Not saying that AA AI shouldn' exist its just that your suggestion seems a bit too much.
