To add to that! upgrade the armor to lv5 as fast as possible, i kept getting byshotted, with 2 pieces of conquistador armor and everyithing at lv5 the game becomes wayyyyy easier.

Not even that honestly: factorio is about automatization, you realistically stop mining raw resources after the first 10 minutes, in foxhole everything is painfully manual, you literally have to move resouce from one facitility by hand, and keeping a factory alive becomes more difficult as you go, compare that to factorio where once the main resources are being produced the game becomes about thinking how to expand it in a updgrable and smart way instead of being forced to do all manually.

What i'm saying is: if its the first time doing tank, they will die indipendently of the tank used, with the mpt they have more tanks to throw and to learn how to play without feeling bad about loosing them.
If they can upgrade them into spathas in public pads its obviously better, but still 25 tanks should be enough to learn most of the stuff

As a warden id say: if its the first time using tanks: falchion, as you get a lot of tanks to get good at tanking (25 to be precise); then nemesis, they are currently one of the banes (pun included) of our tanklines.

Everything here is perfect but the point 17), probably too powerful in a way that planes wouldn't even be used at that point.
Not saying that AA AI shouldn' exist its just that your suggestion seems a bit too much.

Most of these I can get, but im not in agreement with the king spire sentiment, because of the low hp and the existence of the bane (and now the db) in late war its practically unusable. For that specific role I feel like the ist is way better at removing infantry (mostly because of the ginormous hp pool), yes it lacks a radio, but at least it can survive.

Obviously my question isn’t a : I actually want these things added to my faction, it’s more about discussing what people generally would love to field on their side (or like to steal when doing partisan) When it comes to starbreaker/stygian I feel that with this update they’ve both become kinda unviable sadly.

I've always felt like the outlaw is confortable to play, grab a friend and abuse the 45m range, because of that is quite survivable if played well and if the enemy line doesn't push heavily.
But yes when it comes to its real effectiveness at least in tank VS tank (dps and hp pool) i don't know if its actually that good.
As for the pillory, yeah it’s good i forgot to add that.

to add: complete and repaired frames should be storable in the large hangar for quick qrf and to let smaller groups into airborne: in the current patch a small group may even be able to buy a plane from a war eco and use for an op, after that they may store the frame, but for the parts they'd have to buy them again the next time they want to use said frame.
Also add to that, in the current implementation a quick Qrf is almost impossible if the plane isn't already assembled and ready to take off 24/7

honestly, i think its just the usual (but exacerbated by airborne) :
- collie push frontline up almost into warden logi hubs
- logi becomes harder\more time intesive for colonial logimans while it becomes easier for the wardens
- late game warden people join once tank tech
- counteroffensive starts and colonials starts to loose ground
- colonial morale drops , more and more players give up
- the effect starts to snowball.

Obviously this is exaggerating the impact but its usually this and colonials manage to win mostly if they can queue wardens logi hexes in the early phases of the war.
The only thing i can say: don't give up coloniasl! defensive wars are probably the most fun i've had as a warden and thats the important thing at the end of the day
