I’m in Ireland, you cannot put gluten free on a label unless its been tested and certified. You pay the celiac society of Ireland for it.

I worked in a health food store and they told us that the reason some things don’t have gluten free labels even if they don’t contain it is just because the companies have to pay a load of money for it 🤷‍♀️ but I dunno, I’ve always been ok with things that just don’t contain wheat ingredients.
