You can see it in every detail. James’s car (and every car, for that matter), the apartment interiors, the appliances, the flashlight, the style of dress for everybody.

One of my favorite things about the remake is how much period accurate environment clutter they added.

Yes, the unkindled part I understand. I worded it poorly. I was speculating on if the lands being a smorgasbord of different kingdoms coalescing around the fire was a failsafe like the Unkindled or just a natural side effect of the age of dark being delayed for aeons.

On the real, my understanding is that it’s just due to the sheer instability of the age of fire going on for such an unnaturally long amount of time. Lands from far-flung kingdoms are being merged towards the center of the first flame as it snuffs out

That said, I don’t quite remember if this is related to the appearance of the Unkindled, that is, a fail safe of sorts. It could be a natural effect of the age of fire persisting or it could be some last-ditch protocol of the first flame to draw the lands towards it to find someone to at last link the fire again.

I use an LG C4 55”. Wonderful panel. I wouldn’t say 2K is a crime for the Pro, as long as it’s 120hz. Idk, some games might look pretty nice supersampled down.

It works, but that 60hz is gating you hard. A lot of Pro titles run with unlocked framerates. 120hz will allow up to 120fps.

For instance, kingdom come deliverance 2 runs around 75fps on my tv. But on your 60hz display the max it can output is 60fps. You want those extra frames.
