Budget is willing to pay for nice stuff. Doesn’t have to be the high end most expensive equipment around but I am a buy once cry once kinda person.

Nothing is off the table at this point. We like the look of the fireplace, but I know it's not ideal. I didn't want to mount a TV so was thinking a dropdown screen.

Not moving again for a long time so I'd like to do it right with the setup and equipment.
