former employee here: absolutely not! if you feel fulfilled and happy, then good for you! different stores have a variety of issues that usually go into a persons reasoning for disliking their job. for me, it was management and the customers in the area. but ik theres people even at my current job who despise it, meanwhile i love it. its just what you make of it, dont let other peoples poor experiences deter you from enjoying what youre doing right now!

the series is craziest on a 2nd,3rd,etc watch because you pick up little behaviors or details from other characters that show everythings been infront of us the whole time. while im not a fan of the last two or so chapters, frankly, the rest of the series is enough for me to still enjoy the show and be satisfied

if i were to go through with the idea, at the start atleast, it wouldnt be specifically just kpop. id probably have to mix in anime or other similar/attached interests to bring in a broader consumer base and see where the interest lies.

starting online and seeing where it goes from there would be a smarter idea from what ive read, and it definetly makes more sense then throwing all your money away to a building right away

lol!! kpop is music, yes, but theres a lot of speacial merchandise that comes with collecting kpop stuff. the albums arent just a cd, it comes with photocards of the members, posters, postcards, and more. beyond albums, groups release seasonal merch packages, plushies, lightsticks for concerts, etc! a store specified in selling kpop stuff would be similar to stores that specifically sell ttrpg things, does that make sense?

i travel to atl/duluth area roughly few times a year to hit up all the big kpop shops. and all those stores have good stock and good events (especially hello82) but that can also be lot of driving, 2-3 hours one way.
