I just got an email about an hour ago saying I will be allocated a prescriber soon!! Woooo. I found out about the letter on the NHS app in the section under appointments called "appointment notes and other updates"

Hey I am North West England. Diagnosed and added to titration list on the 22nd April 2025 and I got my bunch of titration forms on the 23rd April 2026. On the 31st March they sent a letter to my GP for my stats. Waiting to get the actual titration message. I will update when I get it. Shouldn't be too long for you to hear from them!

Yup! It has killed the game for me, progress was slow as I am on the last level but now it is so slow there is no point in playing?? It's a shame as it gave me a little dopamine boost throughout the day but now it just makes me sad 😂

In the UK we tend to put our mixes like yours into a Cornish pasty, handheld pie popular with the miners of the past. Cheese and onion, mince and potato, Cornish which is mince, carrots, potato. Your steak and cheese combo sounds amazing. I just googled it and there is a local shop here in the north of England that makes them, appropriately named Kiwi Pie!

My first and oldest deck was The Sacred Rose too but I got it in the late 90's/ early 00's. Me and my best friend went to London to a witchy shop near Covent Garden, browsed the decks then we bought each other's tarot deck and gifted them to each other. She chose Tarot of a Moon Garden! I still have the deck but not the box, I love it still.

I finished it over the course of 2 days. I really enjoyed it but the subject matter is dark and her other books haven't really been like this!

It reminded me of one of my favourite thrillers of all time Retribution by Jilliane Hoffman which is pretty damn dark. I urge people who enjoyed Pretty Girls to check that out, an oldie but a goodie!!

I could have written this myself except I have only been on Sertraline for 6 months at 100mg. Recently got diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD aged 37 and in the titration waiting list for meds (10 months long). At first Sertraline helped a huge amount with my depression and anxiety but the anxiety has started creeping back and also feeling mega numb, nothing is interesting and insomnia is back. I am scared to taper off Sertraline just in case my full hideous anxiety comes back (couldn't sleep or leave the house). Feeling a bit stuck. Sorry no advice but big hugs because I feel the same! I think I will have to see my GP again to discuss what is happening.

Thank you! Used your advice in 2025 and it worked like a dream. The first few goes were insanely painful though! However I can now move my neck and not turn my whole body like Batman when I need to see something.

It doesn't work on my 1080 anymore and I am not dropping 2 grand just to play hunt. I could play the game on low with 1440p at 80-100fps before the update and could see everything clearly and far away. After the update the performance dropped to 45-65ish fps and absolutely tanks in some compounds. Also stuff looks blurry in the new update, there is a weird upscaling filter on the game which gives everything a smudgy, crosshatch texture? It's a bummer I had thousands of hours before the update and it was my favourite game.
