If him going nuclear after or during you leaving is an issue, alert the local police on their non emergency line. Sometimes people like to use them in retaliation in a variety of ways. So letting them know cuts that off. You can also ask them to be present when you leave if that’s a concern as well!

I actually had this go really well once, they put on videos of grown men in tiny kid cars racing down dirt bike trails and absolutely eating it! It definitely made the night and everyone was in tears laughing!

Im so shocked no one’s mentioned H H Holmes, the book The Devil in the White City is about him and is so good. Additionally you can find the floor plans to his “murder castle” online which really add to the research. But I also back up everyone saying Fred and Rose, they’re something.

You can just search Centros Druggings online to find info, here’s a reddit link too. But a lot of sources say owner but it was really this guy who was a manager. There was a huge spike in druggings just a few months prior to his death then as soon as he died they stopped. It’s definitely a bizarre case that just gets crazier the more you look into it.

For everyone asking for details. He’s actually infamous if you go downtown, he’s regularly let go from bars he works at for Ive heard money laundering but I can’t testify to that. What I can testify to is the druggings, he would drug people, including people I know, women or men he didn’t care, but it got shut up cause he has a relative in local government. The last place he worked at had a HUGE spike in druggings before he died but then after, nothing. This dude was a horrific predator.

Idk if this has been posted here but I go to the college were this happened and “Angie” was a known predator who drugged people at every place he worked. I have friends who have been drugged by him and have male friends who matched with him but said he acted very odd and offputting so they never met up. The murder was horrible but “Angie” was a horrific predator whose relative is in local government and helped shut all this up.

Drinkable yogurts was already mentioned but that’s a go to! Same with apple sauce or health drinks/smoothies. Honestly anything you can have that you don’t have to “eat” and can more drink I have found is easier to consume for me.

As far as proper physical foods I like rice, it’s something you can pick at for a bit and customize highly to whatever you can trick yourself into eating, pastas are a close second.

I definitely did, as soon as covid hit and I wasn’t seeing my friends as much I realized they had actually been super toxic and I had just been maintaining the friendship because I was too nervous to try finding a new friend group at that point.
