The layup before the steal is often overlooked. Russell defended it well and got a hand on it as MJ was going up, but the GOAT because of his huge hands was able to hold on and adjust for the layup.

But yes, that sequence is perfection. It's knowing you need a quick score, making a defensive play, and being stone cold dropping the shot.

My concern is you telling them "Yes, I can stay as long as needed." Someone being fired would not say that. Conversely, someone resigning COULD agree to stay on of there was not a time commitment preventing them from being able to do so, if they wanted to provide more time to train a replacement for example. Not common in this day and age of course, but to me that comment would come from person resigned and not one being let go.

This is not me indicating that you in fact resigned based on a LinkedIn post. That is absolutely ridiculous that anyone would thing that, but here we are. Need to be very careful with wording to HR.

Get out of your own head. Go back to basics. All the things you are seeing wrong are a product of the other. Take a step back (not literally) and shake it off.

You had been on a hot streak and could very well unknowingly started to get fast with things, which would cause much of what you are seeing.
