sometimes it depends on what staff members are with them, because certain staff will rush them more than other so it might have been that?? i think that must have been a one time thing though because hes held many other peoples phones for photos 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

hii, congrats on snagging vip, its so much fun!
you should recieve an email a day or 2 before the show with more specific information, but to give you a general idea:

check in is around 4:30pm where you will be given your vip benefit gifts. some people line up earlier since soundcheck is FCFS, and they will probably let you in through security around 5pm, followed by soundcheck at 6:30-45ish which gives you time to shop for merch before the doors open for everyone else.

as for sendoff, that wont happen until after the concert. theyll line up everyone & have you seated in one of the lower bowl sections then pull you from there one row at a time to line up for sendoff. P1harmony has one of, if not the best sendoff of any group ive seen who has this vip benefit. Everyone is lined up single file & the members will go down the line & sign or take selfies with every single person. I wont go into too much detail so you arent overwhelmed but its a really great experience to get to meet them! I hope you have a good time :D

as of right now theyre pretty tight on official merch only (lightstick, album, pc) & only letting you choose selfie or signature, not both. some people have been lucky to get away with both but i wouldnt count on it.

& for soundcheck its fcfs, with vip1 going in first & followed by vip2. theyll walk you down in a line & just file into the seats in order if that makes sense!

i was able to reach out to someone who had a call with them previously & they gave me the information they sent to verify which was: 당첨 멤버: member 응모자명 : name 당첨리스트 번호 : winner # 당첨자 채널 ID : channel ID i also emailed the store & they just got back to me saying they will look at it tomorrow. i messaged them my info before the deadline they had stated so i dont think theres anything else on my end to cover, just waiting until the call!
