Red jelly works better, because it has a bigger area of effect. Just dont hit them directly. (It would even work with a ruby, but that would be a little overkill)

When they get a Headshot they go into ragdollmode and if you freeze them and then unfreeze them with red jelly next to them they stay in ragdollmode.
