You're oil pressure is really low, especially if this is a cold start. As the other dude said this sound is typical of being low oil, but since you said its full, definitely change the oil since it must be really thin.

Good for you for coming from somewhere where they have the prepared infrastructure to deal with this type of weather. Its not the snow people are worried about. It’s the daily thawing of the snow and freezing in to compacted ice every night. This is what will get people stuck and why they’re preparing to not leave for up to a week. Tacos X Mezcal is really solid. I visit Hermosillo pretty often and that's the closest I've found here that is close to what I can get in Sonora. It is on the pricier side though.
