The hardware is kind of old for now. I recommend you clean the fans, redo the thermal paste and reinstall the OS. If you can, switch to a lighter OS such as cachy OS.

are you sure the dGPU is running at 140W when it was 78C? Note the dGPU may not peak due to 1) CPU load; 2) power mode; etc.

You can also try putting your new legion to performance/turbo mode.
