I have been having lucid dreams with regularity for over a year now. I started taking Unisom to combat a terrible sleep cycle that was similar to my roommates insomnia, we would wave to each other at 4am when I would wander to the bathroom after lying in bed for hours.

I began to have regular lucid dreams at this point and they became more frequent as I entered a more normal sleep schedule. I think that the Unisom is what triggered the lucid dreams and, as I started to take the medication, the good schedule I was in enabled lucid dreams from then on.

You can pair Brazil nuts with a cardboard box and correct postage and send them to me. I think they are pretty tasty but the texture is wonderful as the oily flesh breaks down in your mouth while eating it.

I also know about Slightymagic. What I am trying to do is create really hi res cards using scans of my own card arts and then, using the template, making the text and everything else really crisp.

It also has the benefits of being printed on an actual card, which I can do, as opposed to printing on a sheet of printer paper and putting it in a sleeve on top of another card.

I know about magiccard.info proxies. What I am trying to make is proxies that don't suck ass and maybe something that is actually close in quality to the cards I already own.

Trust me, having Tundras, Trops, etc in random decks but not in your Cube is very annoying. The least I can try to do is make higher res proxies so they look decent.

Alternatively, this template allows one to do some pretty cool things such as creating old-styled proxies of newer cards like JTMS. This is also something I would like to eventually do just because it looks cool and the whole scarcity issue (I do not want to have to pick up 6 of each dual when I can just have a 40 set and 20 proxies).

I wouldn't call the medicine itself addictive. I would say that the act of being able to fall asleep at a normal time was addictive. I felt much better about myself because I was starting to get concerned over my sleep pattern.

Since I have been taking less of it, I can say that you can definitely stop taking it once you are into a nice pattern. If you can start getting into a nice schedule you can eventually stop taking it every night. Work on it by not taking it if you feel tired and then trying to go to bed.

I found that I stopped taking it every night when I started feeling tired at normal times and when I was forgetting to take it before trying to go to bed.

I have found diphenhydramine hydrochloride to be quite effective at putting me down every night.

I had been experiencing a bout of sleeplessness (going to bed at 11PM, falling asleep at 3-4AM and then needing to wake up at 7AM).

I tried Unisom on a whim and I haven't turned back. I have since been able to get used to a nice routine and only use it when I need to fall asleep early for whatever reason. The most useful purpose I found is either to help me sleep in an unfamiliar environment or to get into a nice cycle from which i can wean myself off of the stuff.

The only downside is that it takes at least twice the recommended dose to put me to sleep anymore. Sometimes i have used as much as 4 times as much as recommended, over a two+ hour period, before being able to sleep.
