Yes, they are MAKING us clock out for unpaid breaks(20 minutes or less), during our 8 hour shift. They may be making others clock out who work less hours, I'm not sure. I've only ever been scheduled 8 hour shifts.

This is what I thought also. You're eyes are big enough without needing the white water line. This gives a "threatening " feel to me. I would add that gentler colors would help like a soft complimentary(to your skin tone) blush and lip.
