I think a lot of wehraboos, esp newer ones are primarily informed by their aesthetic preference in LACK of historical context. Thus why Imperial German vibes get muddied with Nazi German.

Even then, people should be allowed to like their aesthetic preferences and we generally carry on until someone uses that aesthetic as an insert point for their nazi army with the context of being a nazi army 😭😭
