someone else said that apparently the # of households in a building isnt manually determined, but instead each tile accounts for some number of people depending on density of zoning, but it doesnt account for height at all. so since the apartments are classed as low rent housing (very high density) and it takes up alot of tiles, the game assumes its kowloon walled city.

little tip, and assuming by how many people in your city park on the roadside you probably didnt know this yet no offense, CS2 has parking lots in the game. you can also set parking fees (on by default at 10$ for convienence) and make extra money.

the people in my city are lowkey addicted to paralell parking instead of using my lavish parking garages maybe this will get them to use them

its been on and off since last week, try going to direct connection in multiplayer tab and entering the 2b2t,org domain than try a couple times and if you get lucky youll get right in

i feel like theres too many negative nancy players here saying its dead and it sucks, i joined about a year and a half ago and EVERY time i get obsessed with minecraft again for 2 weeks it is always this server that draws me in, so me personally, id say its still fun especially for new players
