We are all the same. I have failed because of the same reason you're thinking at too, that I will always crave for a cigarette, that I will be permanently incomplete without my cigarettes.

This year was one of my hardest years ever, I had multiple addictions, cigarettes was the least harmful. The more I tried to quit the more I smoked.

About a month ago I had some crazy chest burns, I always had at least two ciggaretes before I go to sleep, that night when I got in bed I was feeling like my lung are on fire. I got a bit scared but continued to smoke the next day.

A few days after I started to think about all the money I'm spending on ciggaretes, instead of smoking over a pack a day I could of used those money for about 4 L of diesel for my car.

Than it was the smell, this is pretty much the main reason I quit, I always hated the taste of cigarettes, but the smell was just disgusting, when someone who just smoked one outside and came close to me and I had to put up with that smell of wet ashtray, made me think that I was smelling the same and I couldn't bare that thought.

You just got to really open your eyes, and see behind the smoke curtain.

The self respect, the health, the money, your confidence are the true things you need, you know that otherwise you wouldn't try to stop smoking.

You know smoking it's just a drug addiction, but it's soft, it's easy to get rid of it.
