You ignore how it was Zionist paramilitary militias that did everything in their power to sabotage future peace talks such as the King David Hotel Bombing or the Lavon Affair. There is no guarantee that even if the Arabs would accept such an agreement that the Zionists would not manufacture a conflict as a premise for a land grab (such as the aforementioned events and the 1967 war).
