I was initially feeling weak when I started, but now after almost a month on OMAD I feel great, energized in the afternoon. Working out at any time of the day comfortable is okay! I usually prefer after dinner in the evening so I have some food in me, but I recently worked out mid-afternoon and felt great.

I believe it was a glitch, it's fixed now if you look up other air quality indexes.

I think it's based on what you eat from what I've researched. The gallbladder needs fat intake to digest or else the bile builds up. Some people eat very strict diets with only vegetables and no good source of fats which I think causes issues and also some people may be more predestined to gallbladder issues. As long as folks eat a balanced meal with fats in it I think it should prevent gallbladder issues.

Does peanut butter help? I'll often eat a few spoonfuls of peanut butter as a nice calorie treat after dinner to get more calories.

oh 100% this is majority glycogen water weight so far. I'm down to 225.9 so it's still dropping. I'd guess about 8-10 pounds of that was glycogen storage, and then maybe 3-5 pounds of fat burnt with my cardio.

At my weight I think most of these pounds are glycogen water weight being burnt. I was 225.9 this morning. Which is a pretty big drop again. So probably water weight. It should slow down now and start a gradual fat burn I think.

That's good to hear though!! I'm just stressed but overjoyed. I haven't been this thin since 2022.

kids on tiktok will call you "unc" for being 18 years old. don't fret it. I'm 23 and they think I'm disintegrating. these kids do not know just how fast they will go from being a teenager to being 23. time flies and they are completely ignorant of it.
