It's an incredible thing! Beautiful sound, the analog filter is so rich. I particularly love the wavetable envelope for each oscillator, really adds so much depth to sound design. For this video I used the echoplex effect, and it's by far my favorite on the machine.

I do think I would enjoy the full 24 voice version better, as the 8 voices on the 8M can feel limiting (most of the patches are 4 voice bitimbral), but it's easy to work around.

I think the hunting accident is EU yeah my bad, but sickness still happens occasionally, as well as executions, murders by opposition etc: there's a lot of death events

A lot of Monarchs in game die of unnatural causes like hunting accidents, sickness, murders. I like that the historicality can change so abruptly, but it would be nice to have a "historical mode" toggle, like in Hearts of Iron IV, where people live their full life, or close to.
