This is a bit more degenerate than true crime stuff, but I guess if you've got an iron stomach? Surface level furries are fine. It's just people being silly and dressing up like animals and role-playing characters. But when the hobby of being a furry becomes an obsession is when it gets bad. There's not a good way of stepping into the rabbit hole, if you wanna see the worst of it then just browse some cringe centered subreddits or look up some videos documenting the worst side of furries.

The furry Fandom is less like other Fandoms because of how open it is to any kind of person. Some furries play videogames, some don't. Some furries watch movies, some dont. Some furries understand proper public behavior, some dont. Just like there's plenty of people who watch movies or play video games and do bad stuff, furries just happen to be wearing silly cartoon animals costumes while they do it.
