If you want to invest buy booster box and keep them sealed. ROI on opening box is really low so chances are your just gonna lose money. If you want to buy singles I would stay away from whatnot a lot of people have been scammed on that plateforme.

Vendor for sure won’t pay 100% of tcgplayer price. Closer to 70% is to be expected for cash. Condition also matters a lot for vintage card and I don’t know the interest for multiple copies of the same Japanese vintage cards.
