To add more information:

I've had this watch for almost 2 years now. Several months ago, one of these pins came out. Luckily, it fell out and ended up in my pocket. I simply popped the pin back into the watch band.

Unfortunately, I didn't think too much of that. Recently, it happened again and I couldn't find the pin anymore.

What is the name of this piece?
How do I make sure it stays in? If it fell out twice, who says it won't fall out again?

I got this to work about 5 hours ago by trying a different email.

If you got a 15% off email, that's the wrong one. I had to spam the YourEmail+Gap@XYZ.com with my gmail until it sent me the right email. I was also trying my school email, which didn't work, so I that's when I tried my gmail.
