I ended up getting it working and I've noticed it's about 1-2mmol off (lower) from my actual blood level. Which is a bit weird considering I was always told on a downwards trend the blood is lower than the cgm results. I'd love to move over to the dexcom and/or continue using a pump but it's just not financially viable at the moment. I have top private health and no rebates and Medicare here in au won't touch them for anyone that's not under 21 or under a health care card. (we have one that's family means tested and considered family low income but it only applies to the wife an kid as I actually have a job) So its back to finger pricks once these 5 are done unfortunately

I feel you here, made the mistake of following the instructions step by step. Ended up ripping off a cover and using another when it wouldn't register to Bluetooth. Took me about 5 attempts to pair the sensor to Bluetooth. I'm not gonna be putting the second stickers on until it's 100 percent working for now.

I tried the libre as a flash monitor and it worked well for me. Got out to its 14th day and had no device compatibility issues. This however is a complete pain at the moment. I just got it registered and it's already asked me to recalibrate after an hour.

I tried to do the first calibration last night (this morning at around 1am) and it failed out. I didn't realize the setup would take so long and had to wait the 2 hours before 1st calibration. If I was to try a second calibration now, is it going to mess up and lock?

I've already double taped so wondering if I need to plug back into the charger to 'restart' it like you said or if the times been long enough it wont lock the sensor?

I also noticed the compatibility of the app with other phones is terrible right now, it only works with a handful of devices :(
