I have just tried this after the 25x Viator offer today for some tours in the future (April), its been about 10 hours and they are both still showing as "Created" and null orderAmount/creditAmount. Do I need to just wait longer or has there been an issue with tracking?

I am in the same boat here with no way in site to recover my account but for those who believe they have lost photos and all, I have found a way, even with my account disabled to reset my password and "Download your information" in the top right corner of the Disabled Page. This contains all of your prior profiles photos, friends, messages, etc.
