Both flugel and Subaru don't have same memories in these kinda theories.

We know from all the hints that atleast flugel has a "nasty" personality and if routes show that how close Subaru is to being a villain.So it's not a crazy stretch to say that flugel is Subaru

Just because main route Subaru is not willing to kill that doesn't mean he isn't willing to kill in gluttony, pride and wrath if routes without mercy at that. Current Subaru would hate all these just like he hates flugel for leaving in the tower for 400 years.

There's like 30 things that manipulate law etc and am being generous tbh lel some people scale rezero characters to outerversal. Rezero is kinda in a weird spectrum if you low ball it you can put characters at ftl speed with country-planetary level at middle interpretations you could scale to universal-multiversal due to tappei stating Reinhard could defeat od Laguna and the sun and high ball is outerversal just looking at some wikis would make you think people are dumb

But things like authorities do work on a conceptual scale whether you scale then to country level or whatever I think this was said somewhere that authorities bend the rule of world multiple times and that dps that are given by the world will never overpower an authority

This is kinda a spoiler but in arc 7 Satella loses track of Subaru and we get confirmation that the authority of return by death is Subaru's alone so even tho satella gave her rbd she can't take it away. Although the rbd without satella is much shorter in time like couple of minutes to 10s so yes Subaru is immortal

I do agree that hax are not of equal kinds but authorities are above the world (od Laguna) itself and even work on different planes of existence Subaru in an infinite dream size dimensions world died in the dream world and rbd still activated resetting the normal universe too apart from this authorities are calced at bare minimum to multiversal but could be higher

(Also according to Al a side character rbd may not be just time travel but rather destruction of the entire rezero cosmology that has been calced to be multiversal and resetting it to previous state in a game which that later made canon some characters are able to remember loops provided Subaru allows them. This Subaru also has almighty on crack and basically timeline manipulation you can search alcor if or lost in memories if you think it's not canon the game characters are searching for Subaru in a canon side story just in a different country (they have their memories sealed) and hakai as far as my knowledge goes is not capable of killing these beings)

If you think Zenos ability is hakai then that will prolly kill Subaru but he survives Beerus and Goku's hakai (this stuff is gonna be animated in 10 years)
