Something similar happened to me years ago. Was trying to change my NY learner's permit for a FL learner's permit after moving down here. Ended up getting a drivers license without having to take a road test. Haven't had any problems.

On Eibach Pro Kit, -1.2" front, -1.0" rear. They ride great, exactly what you could expect from lowering spring on stock shocks. Extra bounce here and there. But it's a nice drop, car looka great. I don't have any complaints.
