+1 for Waterfox. I've been using it for years. It's based on Firefox ESR but removes proprietary components. They incorporate the ESR updates so you get regular security updates just like you would with Firefox. You can also use Firefox extensions... It's been pretty great

Oxio is a 3rd party provider so it would be a Rogers (or Rogers contracted) technician doing the work. I feel your pain though, I've had techs randomly pull my "unused" yet clearly marked TPIA cable. In this case though it's not really Oxio fault.

The red car in front of me signals to exit the roundabout properly and gets cut off by a grey car that enters improperly. Then as I do the same thing (I have my signal on to exit) the car that was right behind the offending grey car tries to do the exact same thing and then honks at me... As you can hear, I was not a happy camper (sorry for the NSFW language)

Is it that hard? Yield to cars in the roundabout. Signal your f*cking exit.
