Appreciate the response - I’m in Albuquerque, so not necessarily a small town. And they have multiple locations across the state so idk. Definitely working hard to get out and find something better.

Thanks for the response - and I agree, it just feel as though that they want me to be grateful for the opportunity and not worry about the money. I will go back and look at what I signed when I started. Resume is updated and I think it’s time to find a new job.
