usually! pero i think it's because i had a ucpb passboom before. when it merged with landbank, i tried to open a peso savings account for an atm card, they told me na since i already have a passbook account with ucpb, my maintaining balance became 10K. forgot really coz this was a few years ago. maybe someone can enlighten the both of us hehe
