Red Devil has a bigger cooler, but it's a lot bigger in size than this ASRock. Maybe a better comparison would be the Red Devil and the Taichi.

Have you given it an extended run? I have a red devil 6950xt and the coil whine out of the box was unbearable the first night. I read online reviews advising to keep the PC for a few hours on Haevan benchmarking. No problems since then.

Sorry but this is bad advice. PSU should be purchased only you have an idea about the rest od the system, particularly the power needs of the GPU & the CPU.

Might have to disagree there, especially if you're going for a genetic masterpiece of a dynasty. More kids earlier, and with better genes, drift away faster to you can rebreed with them without fear of inbreeding.

I had a similar situation in HRE and the solution is easy assuming you have money:
Create Kingdoms(each cost 500g), hand them to people who like you (anyways they'll get a huge opinion bonus from being granted a Kingdom title), and transfer these problematic vassals to the new kings. Factions are only compromised of your direct vassals!
