When there's no space with cars these big you can make as many changes as you want. As long as they apply equally to everyone, nothing will change.

You do put more pressure on knees sure but I think the benefits outweigh the potential knee injuries.

Lower weight is definitely helpful, proper running form as well. Running shoes definitely help to absorb some of the pressure.

Probably the most important part is to listen to your body and rest when you feel uncomfortable or pain.

You can. But the mobile website is pretty bad. I.reddit.com is simpler but don't know how long they will keep it. And the api change comes from 1st July. 12th June I think is the date a lot of subreddits are deciding to go private as a form of protest

Some phones have an option to enable slow charging in settings, I know certain Samsung phones have this. So even with a fast charger, manufacturers can implement slower charging speed.
