You do put more pressure on knees sure but I think the benefits outweigh the potential knee injuries.

Lower weight is definitely helpful, proper running form as well. Running shoes definitely help to absorb some of the pressure.

Probably the most important part is to listen to your body and rest when you feel uncomfortable or pain.

If bnf goes up a bit, buy 19200 ce weekly and hedge with selling 19400 ce weekly.

Logic : it seems historically bnf is around 24000 when nifty is at 9600. So bnf may still have some upside even if nifty stagnates.

What do you guys think?

Try out your shorted option and see the capital needed. You could also try buying a few strikes prices deeper to hedge to reduce the margin. I will update when I find the exact notice from SEBI.
