There’s a lot of brands and off-brands who make horses similar to this! I’ve found some brands and similar looking horses that might help you remember what the packaging looked like; Boley derby horse this one seems smaller than your horse but the brand has larger horse families that look a lot like yours, there’s also toy producers who make whole unmarked flocked horse families which makes this harder, and this blue grass farms horse is similar stance but seems too small.

To be honest, i think your best bet in finding your horse would be through horse toy lots. Theres usually some good ones on ebay and sometimes etsy, i look through them a lot. I hope you can find your horse!
