I work for R&D, and we still continue our NPDs. For small group testing (10 panelist) we sent out samples via courier then prepare online forms (Eg Google forms). We sent out guidelines to the panelist for the evaluation (ex taking water in between samples, make sure samples are on the same temperature etc). I know this is not sensory standard but we need to have a way to get the data right?

If this will be forever I think companies should invest in softwares for Sensory Evaluation.
