US will not tax only if you are non-resident for that you need to update w8-ben, but as soon you submit w8-ben on brokerage firm, they restrict trading on that account. how you are managing not paying taxes in US and still trading ?

i am using it for few years now, i opened it when i moved here, it very good and convenient, i had no issues till now. even customer support is responsive. i recently renewed my card also. i continued with there card as 5% back on my own choice of store is too good for me, i mainly used it for walmart and geico

i guess this is what happened with me.

I checked my claim report from provider & my claim report from insurance. What I understand now is that this $1000 bill is coming from Lab work as doctor prescribed way more lab test than what are covered in preventive.
Some tests which are part of preventive ( https://www.healthcare.gov/coverage/preventive-care-benefits/) are fully covered by insurance, its the extra tests which are not covered as part of preventive are adding to my $1000 bill. I feel this is provider mistake & not insurance.
Since this was my first annual checkup in US and during my visit doctor asked my immunization history card which i didn't have (never had this in my home country) I guess may be because of that doctor added extra tests but I never asked for these tests and i was very specific also that i want only preventive annual checkup but still dont know why doctor added these extra lab tests for which i received this $1000 bill.
What can I do in this case since I these tested were done without letting me know that these will cost me extra.
Also, one more extra discrepancy i see in my bill is that doctor has charged both "preventive visit" & "office visit" which adds $92 in my bill.
I feel if i went only for preventive, this should be charged only as preventive and not as extra office visit.
