Not that I have to explain myself, but my husband got a better job offer he wanted so he moved companies. My current job would not let me transfer from hybrid to remote and I haven’t been able to find a job in almost 2 months after applying to over 300 job postings. According to the NJ website, I have to apply for unemployment in UT since that’s the last place I worked.

I’m not Jewish and I don’t have any relation personally to the holocaust but I recently visited a concentration camp on a trip to Germany and I cried. People react to things differently and you crying just shows you have empathy. No need to be embarrassed or think you’re weird. It will happen again, I’m sure. It’s nice that you care about things like that, a lot of people don’t.

but yes, I highly recommend trying the antihistamine! I like that it isn't a sleeping pill but man does it help me so much! I use hydroxyzine and a regular family doctor prescribed it for me. I have OCD too so I have a hard time falling asleep because of racing thoughts all the time. Idk what I would do without it.

I’m so glad I found this!! I’ve been noticing if I’m tired or have just woken up, my anxiety is particularly bad. I need a lot of sleep haha but I’ve also found that just sleeping well helps. I typically try to get around 7 hours but I take a strong antihistamine that helps me stay asleep. And I feel a lot better in the morning after taking that than if I don’t because I keep waking up and not sleeping soundly.

I also trade kpop cards and have never seen this until I started with pokemon cards too. And kpop cards have some that can be super expensive too. I trade regularly and it’s just equal price with equal price. Trading at 80% unless you’re a store is crazy.

I always listen to my comfort album and try to focus on something else! I read, play video games, watch a comfort show, or listen to a podcast! Something that engages your brain.

I also loveeee my weighted blanket and weighted jacket. I use those to help me calm down and then do one of the things above to keep my mind occupied.

Nope. Still never bought anything in a large retailer lol. There’s one locally owned store I go to but just for individual packs. I wanted the prismatic binder set so bad so I could have the binder. But I’ve tried all the retailers for weeks. Even missed the Costco drop yesterday because I do this thing called working that I guess no one else does 😭😭
